This hotel complex is meticulously constructed and well-maintained, comprising several key structures. The main Lobby & Hall building is a five-story structure featuring a reinforced concrete frame foundation supported by pile footings. Its roof is finished with glazed ceramic tiles on a steel frame. The interior and exterior finishes are of high quality, including walls of plastered brickwork adorned with natural stone, wallpaper, acoustic panels, and local marble. It is fitted with wooden panel doors, tempered glass doors with floor hinges, and aluminum-framed windows. The flooring is a mix of local marble, granite tiles, vinyl, ceramic, carpet, and plate flooring, with concrete stairs finished in ceramic.

The Hotel Towers (Tower A and Tower B) mirror the main building in their robust construction and premium finishes.
